How This Started

Marcos Ortiz started with a simple observation: when you call a cleaning company, they show up when they feel like it, and the work is uneven. One day spotless, the next day you're finding dirt in corners. No one answers your calls quickly. The estimate they gave you doesn't match what they actually do.

He started with a few residential clients in Manchester, treating each one like his own home. Same crew every time. Same quality every time. He showed up early, noticed the small things—baseboards, corners, the spots under desks no one else bothers with. He answered his phone. He called back when he said he would. Within a couple of years, residential clients started referring him to their offices. Then their restaurants. Then a church. Then more.

What could have stayed small became something different: a cleaning company that actually works the way clients expect companies to work. Today, we're still serving homes, but we've also cleaned fast-casual restaurants, offices, churches, apartment complexes, and post-construction sites across the Hartford area. Each type of space taught us something new about what care really means.
