I'm very impressed with the team who cleaned our house today. It's a large home, 4250sf, yet they were efficient and thorough in their work. From beautiful paper towel fans and tissue bows, to a blanket shaped as a bow, to washing the sink dishes that I hadn't gotten to, the extra little touches are so lovely and appreciated and takes their service up to another level. Marcos, who is the coordinator, has been great to work with; he came right out to give me an estimate after my previous cleaners canceled at the last minute, and his follow up emails and texts have made this whole process much easier for me. They are also very fairly priced, so I will continue to use them on a weekly basis. Highly recommend.

They did a great job cleaning up our apartment. It looked as good as when we first moved in and that was before I had my son. Great job removing stains out of carpet and organizing items to look presentable and cleaning up areas that are often forgotten...like radiators. Definitely will consider using them for maintenance.

J Ortiz Cleaning Services has been excellent for us! It was our first time using a cleaning service for our home so we opted for the deep clean before committing to a regular schedule. On the day of, they were punctual and arrived right on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the entire house thoroughly including a light reorganizing that we appreciated. J Ortiz cleaning services went above and beyond my expectations. They were quick in coming to my home and evaluating the cost of doing a deep cleaning after which construction of my bathrooms were completed. They cleaned everything from my bathrooms to every window blind. Something I would not have been able to do myself. They were also there on time and started to work promptly. After the work was completed they offered to have me inspect and evaluate their work.
